We are pleased to announce that we will be holding our first interview with Mr. Yoritaka Okamoto, a fertilizer-free farmer! Based in Gujo, Gifu Prefecture, where the water is beautiful, Okamoto Yoritaka-san continues his energetic activities, and his recent book “Ohitori Nogyo” (One Person Farming) is also a topic of conversation. This is an online-only project that transcends national and generational boundaries to discuss the perspectives of people living in the present.
