共著『The Journey 自分の生き方をつくる原体験の旅』

Edited by Daisuke YOSUMI and TABIPPO, a group for around the world travels

The main theme is formative experiences.
You don’t need to explain about them to others.
An instinct that you can express in words is not genuine.
We are talking about really intense experiences that leave deep marks on our souls.

These ‘formative experiences’ are the only things that build our own pillars of life unaffected by people’s judgements. They help us obtain freedom that sees no restrictions from norms or common sense.
They draw a map for ‘a lifestyle of your own’.

The book compiled real stories from 14 unique figures who pursue unorthodox lifestyles. The book is about their journeys as formative experiences.

These figures include a director from NHK (Japan’s national broadcaster), a writer, a LGBT person, an entrepreneur, a medical doctor, an engineer, a modern-day bohemian, a hairdresser, a producer, a teacher, an owner of a café, and more.

There are talk-show style special feature articles about journeys as formative experiences from four artists who are also Daisuke YOSUMI’s friends.

Saki YAMAKAWA (Founder, CRAZY WEDDING)
Ayumu TAKAHASHI (Modern-day bohemian)
Akihiro NISHINO (Comedian, KING KONG)
Moe MURAKAMI (Chairperson, NEXTWEEKEND web magazine)
